Welcome to our IVF Educational Platform (“FertiLiga”), an initiative by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (“BSV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Platform is designed to support the professional development of doctors through educational content, interactive tools, and peer engagement.

By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please do not use this platform unless you agree with these Terms of Use. Also, we reserve the right to discontinue or make partial or complete modifications to this website or the Terms of Use. Please note that we may make such changes at our discretion and without prior announcement. We must therefore ask you, next time you visit this website, to view the conditions again and to note any changes or amendments that may have been made.

1. Who Can Use This Platform

This Platform is meant only for licensed healthcare professionals (HCPs), including gynaecologists, fertility specialists, and other qualified doctors. By signing up, you confirm that:

• You are a licensed medical professional in your country.
• You will use the Platform for professional, educational purposes only.

2. What the Platform Offers

The Platform provides:

• Educational content on reproductive health and fertility
• Opportunities for peer engagement and feedback
•  A space to share insights, articles, and links (like a professional social feed.

Please note: All content on this platform is for educational purposes only and not to be taken or consider as a medical advice.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using this Platform, you agree:

• Not to post any false, misleading, or promotional content on this platform.
• Not to share patient-identifiable information or breach any confidentiality obligations.
• To respect other users and maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
• To provide an accurate login information and keep your login credentials secured and not to share them with others.
• To update your profile if your professional status changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Platform in case of any violations on terms.

4. Content You Share (User-Generated Content)

• You may share text, links, files, or media. When you do:
• You retain ownership of your content.
• You give BSV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content within the Platform.
•  We may remove or moderate content that violates our standards or policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created or provided by BSV, including videos, infographics, tools, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content only for your professional education.

Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform materials without prior permission from us.

All information on this Platform is provided for general medical education. It:

• Does not constitute professional medical advice or guidance.
• Should not replace clinical judgment or institutional protocols.

BSV is not liable for medical decisions made based on Platform content.

Cogence Healthcare, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at its offices at “PRASAM”, Royal Park-2, Kalawad Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360005, India, (“us”, “we”, or “Cogence”, which also includes its affiliates) is the operator of the FertiLiga (the “Educational Platform”).

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect personal information about the Users of the platform (“you” or “Users” in this Privacy Policy). We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Platform is subject to this Privacy Policy.

By using the platform or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy and agree to be bound by the privacy policy. You hereby consent to our collection, use and sharing, disclosure of your information as described in this privacy policy. You hereby consent to the collection of your personal information by Cogence. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, information collected by us from you may include (but is not limited to) the following:

2. Demographic data (such as your name, your city, state, country)

Cogence will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.

 PRIVACY STATEMENTS

You understand that Cogence may use certain information of yours (a) for the purpose of providing you the platform, (b) for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, (c) for sale or transfer of such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates (d) to provide your information to BSV and Mankind, (e) debugging customer support related issues .

Cogence also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the User for the following purposes:

1. Contacting Users for offering new products or Programme.
2. Contacting Users for taking product and Service feedback.

By affirming your assent to this Privacy Policy, you provide your consent to such use, collection and disclosure as required under applicable law. Cogence has implemented best international market practices and security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that it has under its control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. However, for any data loss or theft due to unauthorized access to the User’s electronic devices through which the User avails the platform, Cogence shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by the User. Cogence implements reasonable security practices and procedures and has a comprehensive documented information security programme and information security policies that contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Cogence’s business.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain your personal information for a period of five (5) years, or only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, maintain your active account, provide our services, unless retention is necessary for compliance with applicable laws. However, we shall not be liable for the non-deletion of certain data within a specific time frame due to technological constraints. If you wish to opt out of promotional or marketing communications, or do not want your information processed by us, you may contact us at support@fertiliga.com, in order to opt out from receiving such communications.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

Your personal information is maintained by Cogence in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. Cogence takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Cogence’s business.

RECTIFICATION OR ERASURE OF INFORMATION:

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT:

We do not collect such personally identifiable information from children. If you are legally considered a child, do not provide us with any such personal data.

If we have mistakenly collected such Personal Information from a child, we shall have the same deleted immediately when brought to our notice.

JURISDICTION:
