Cogence Healthcare, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at its offices at “PRASAM”, Royal Park-2, Kalawad Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360005, India, (“us”, “we”, or “Cogence”, which also includes its affiliates) is the operator of the FertiLiga (the “Educational Platform”).

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain your personal information for a period of five (5) years, or only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, maintain your active account, provide our services, unless retention is necessary for compliance with applicable laws. However, we shall not be liable for the non-deletion of certain data within a specific time frame due to technological constraints. Your personal information is maintained by Cogence in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time.
